2. Wash your hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.

3. Wash your hands before eating, after coughing or sneezing, and after touching unclean areas.

4. Since it's not always possible to wash your hands with soap, also use hand sanitizer.

5. Instruct children on proper handwashing techniques and explain the advantages of maintaining hand hygiene.


When should hands be washed?

1. Hands should be washed before and after cooking or eating food.

2. After defecating or using the bathroom.

3. After coughing, sneezing or blowing the nose.

4. After touching things used by others.

5. Hands should be washed after taking care of a sick person or giving medicine.
