Regular daily exercise is highly beneficial for the heart. Engaging in physical activity each day not only lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels but also decreases the risk of heart attacks or strokes. However, a busy schedule can make this challenging. If time is an issue for you, don't worry; you can maintain your health with even a small amount of exercise.


You can reduce the risk of heart related diseases

If you have a sedentary job or tend to be quite inactive, there's no need to worry because even a small amount of exercise can lower the risk of heart-related diseases. Engaging in activities like cycling or brisk walking for just one to two hours per week can reduce the risk by 20 percent. However, as you increase the duration of exercise, the heart health benefits either decrease or stabilize.


How will you get better results?

If you're someone who doesn't exercise at all and then begins working out for one or two hours a week, you'll experience significant results. Starting to exercise leads to the greatest reduction in heart-related diseases. However, as your exercise time increases to two to four hours, the benefits tend to stabilize.


On the other hand, if you're among those who don't exercise and decide to start abruptly, it might be a challenging endeavor. Nevertheless, if you aim to avoid serious conditions like heart attack and stroke, allocate at least one or two hours a week for exercise. This will not only improve your well-being but also help maintain your health.
